HISTORY: Since inception in 1986, JEFF ZELL CONSULTANTS has earned a valued reputation for reliability and professionalism in the construction industry by providing testing services for concrete, asphalt and soils, as well as multi-dimensional engineering, construction management and inspection services. The company specializes in the field of cold in place asphalt recycling and soil stabilization. Under the direction of Jeff Zell, Environmental Chemist, Materials Engineer, Founder and President, JEFF ZELL CONSULTANTS has developed into one of the most widely respected full service testing, inspection, management and civil engineering companies in Western Pennsylvania. Our Pittsburgh office, located in the Strip District area of downtown Pittsburgh, opened in July 2006. This location serves as the headquarters of Zell Engineers, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary, consisting of the Civil, Geotechnical and Environmental Groups. The Construction Management, Site Development and CADD Services also operate out of this office. The Testing and Inspection Division continues to operate primarily from the Coraopolis, PA office. Our fully accredited full service Materials Testing Laboratory is housed at the Coraopolis location. As the firm continues to grow, from the current 70+ employees, office locations are open in Erie, PA and Wheeling, WV to provide services throughout the tri-state area.
