CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL TESTING:
Jeff Zell Consultants, Inc. offers a comprehensive range of testing and inspection services. Our engineers, scientists and technicians have been providing quality control testing and consulting services to the private and public sectors for over 20 years.
In our increasing effort to strive for professionalism, we maintain current inspections by the CCRL (Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory) and the AMRL (AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory) both of which are recognized by state agencies, such as Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
Field Testing for Acceptance, Construction Inspection and Project Management can be provided for most public and private projects. Some of our project locations have included airports, bridges, prisons and highways, buildings, parks, industrial parks, and schools.
Jeff Zell Consultants, Inc. provides a wide variety of technical services to owners, government agencies, contractors and developers through its highly skilled staff and efficient applications of current test methods and procedures. The services that we offer include laboratory analyses of construction materials, onsite testing and construction inspection.
NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING/CERTIFIED WELD INSPECTION:
Jeff Zell Consultants, Inc. currently employs ASNT NDT Level III Examiners in Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Visual and Optical Testing and Radiography, ASNT NDT Level II Examiners in Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant Testing and AWS – CWI / NDT Level II Examiners in Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant Testing.
Services we provide include:

• Development and/or review of qualification examinations
• Staff augmentation and substitution

• Personnel certification programs and specialized NDT techniques
