OFFICE LOCATIONS:

We currently have three office locations:

Our Testing and Inspection division, Jeff Zell Consultants, Inc., operates from our offices located on 4th Avenue in Coraopolis, PA. This is also the site of our full-service Materials Testing Laboratory. To inquire about services or pricing, including Steel Inspection and NDT, or to schedule construction technicians or inspectors, please call (412) 262-2022. Office hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Inspection and testing services are available seven days per week 24 hours per day.

Our Civil Engineering division, Zell Engineers, Inc., operates from our offices located in the Liberty Technology Center at 21st Street and Liberty Avenue in Pittsburgh, PA. For services related to site development, environmental engineering, geotechnical studies, construction management, municipal engineering or surveying, please call (412) 288-9995. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday.

A field office for our West Virginia projects is located on Market Street in Wheeling, WV. To inquire about services or scheduling, please contact our main office in Coraopolis, PA at (412) 262-2022.
