ZELL LABORATORY

Jeff Zell Consultants, Inc. has a full service laboratory which is certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and AASHTO Accredited. It is inspected biannually by AMRL (AASHTO Material Reference Laboratory) and CCRL (Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory) which coupled with our participation in the proficiency programs, ensures a high standard of Quality Control for our services. All laboratory services provided by Jeff Zell Consultants, Inc. are performed in strict accordance with applicable industry standards including ASTM, ACI, PTM, PennDOT and others. Our goal is to provide excellent service for Asphalt, Concrete, Soils and Steel in a professional, timely and cost effective manner.
